Information on Higher Education journals collections that are available to Further Education colleges at an affordable price.
In response to growing demand on the further education sector to deliver higher education provision, Jisc has put a series of agreements in place with publishers of academic journals content to support the sector by providing affordable access to this content.
The following journal agreements have dedicated FE pricing and are available to all Jisc members who have an FE licence subscriptions manager account.

Each review contains an average of 150 citations to the key primary research contributions in a field, increasing usage of primary journals and guiding subject librarians with collection development.

BMJ Group is a leading global publisher of peer-reviewed medical journals covering a broad selection of medical specialties. This is a read and publish agreement covers 2023-24 and includes optional publishing and read only upgrades.
KB+ Title list:
Cambridge University Press is the printing and publishing house of the University of Cambridge. The press is the oldest publishing house in the world celebrated 436 years of continuous publishing in 2021. CUP is a not-for-profit publisher and their mission is to advance learning, knowledge and research worldwide. CUP publishes over 380 peer reviewed journals a year for distribution worldwide. CUP journals cover a broad range of subjects including all the main subjects in the humanities, social sciences and hard sciences. Their key areas are applied science, environment and conservation, agriculture, neuroscience and biomedicine, history, area studies, language and linguistics, political science and international relations. This is a read and publish transitional OA agreement pricing for Further Education institutions, this includes access to the complete journals collection.

SAGE is offering all eligible institutions access to the "SAGE Premier" current year collection, as well as a new option for access to the static 2022 collection. This collection contains over 1,000 journals. Access will include volumes from 1999 to the current volume while a subscription is maintained. Post-termination access will be available to all journals in the package for the subscription year.
There are two subscription options to choose from in this agreement, to allow for greater flexibility:
Current subscribers to the 2022 agreement will have their quotations for 2023 and 2024 already loaded into LSM. This includes options to renew to the latest collection, or remain on the 2022 collection, both of which have different pricing options (3% yearly increase, 1.5% yearly increase).
New subscribers, please request a quotation through LSM.

KB+ Title List: KB+: Jisc Collections: Springer Journals for FE 2023-2025
The Springer journal collection includes more than 2,500 English-language and close to 200 German-language journals. Springer is also home to the largest portfolio of open access journals, including the journals from BioMed Central and the SpringerOpen portfolio.
This FE agreement will be based on an annual Jisc banded fee. Springer is offering FE colleges an access only model (no access rights after cancellation). The title list will comprise all titles published by Springer and will include all transfer and new start titles.
Taylor & Francis Journals enable colleges to access the full collection, the Social Science and Humanities Library, Science and Technology Library, and the Medical Collections.

Licensed Material will be bespoke to each institution, based on their 2020 Database and any additional Collections which they choose to include.

The Wiley Online Library delivers seamless integrated access to over four million articles from over 1,600 journals, 21,000+ online books, and 200+ online reference works, laboratory protocols and databases. All hosted on the most innovative and robust platform in the scholarly publishing community. This Agreement will give users access to the Full Journal Collection only.
