The transnational education (TNE) licensing service is designed to help Jisc's UK HE members navigate and simplify library licensing responses to both TNE and UK HE collaborative provision scenarios. This year, the service fee remains unchanged. This optional initiative simplifies the licensing and pricing of access to learning resources and accommodates the requirements of those delivering educational programmes beyond UK borders, as well as UK based collaborative provision. We work in partnership with our advisory board, and are guided by member feedback.
