  4. This is where HEIs can sign up to the optional Transnational education (TNE) Licensing Service. The service will be open for subscribers to sign up until the end of September 2023. This enables us to fully understand subscribers' TNE profiles to enable us to support them, and to understand the subscribing community and their publisher priorities ahead of any negotiations on their behalf. All Jisc HE members are eligible to join the service, an optional initiative run by Jisc Collections to simplify the licensing and pricing of access to learning resources and to accommodate the requirements of those delivering educational programmes beyond UK borders. We are supported and guided by members of the Transnational education licensing advisory board.

Institutions can become supporter members of this diamond OA publishing initiative for human rights and social justice titles to help the publisher to reach their funding target and enable OA publishing with no author-facing fees. Supporter membership is a three-year commitment with no opt out option.

The collection offers a range of humanities titles. Their Fund to Mission aims to convert at least 75% of its monographs to open access by the end of 2023, without any author ever having to pay.
