Open EBA is an Open Monograph agreement, based on EBA. An Institution will pay a fixed price up front and receive access to every title on Peter Lang’s platform for 12 months and have the option to purchase titles at the end of the 12 month access period using the initial payment. The Open EBA will also allow Institutions to allocate Book Processing Charges for making titles open access to the balance of the EBA. When a BPC is allocated to the EBA balance, the amount available to purchase titles at the end of the period will be reduced accordingly.
