What is the maximum font size and does text re-flow when you enlarge the font?
Font is a fixed size, though the user can zoom in on areas of the page.
Can a user change background/foreground colours or contrasts? How?

The resource is provided as a download to an institutions own LMS (Moodle or similar) therefore colleges can monitor their own usage statistics.
